TO GATHER
4 oz Strawberry Rose Vinegar
3 oz Red Kiwi Simple Syrup
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 oz Blood Orange
1 Kin Bloom
Simple Syrup:
1 cup Sugar
4 Red Kiwis, skinned & minced
TO MAKE
In a small pot on medium heat, add equal parts water and sugar. Let it come to a simmer and stir occasionally. Once dissolved, add kiwi. Let simmer for about five minutes. (The longer it sits the more concentrated the flavor). Cool, strain and transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until outside is frosted (about three minutes). Pour into a coupe glass about a third of the way then top off with cold Kin Bloom. Enjoy!
