All subscriptions ship within a few days after you are billed. You will receive a notification when your order ships and generally you will receive your Kin within 7-10 business days.

Yes, you can add any product to your monthly subscription order, and it can be as a new subscription or a one-time purchase. To do so, log in to your account and swap or add new products.

You can choose to skip an order anytime before you are charged for your next shipment. Loving your Kin but you have too much? You can even gift your next subscription order to a fellow kindling.

You can also choose to receive your Kin once every 2 months if you need a bit more time between deliveries.

Of course you can as long as there’s no fine print that states that the discount does not apply to subscriptions. To use your discount, log in here, click ‘Apply discount,’ and enter your code.

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used for subscriptions. 

We will send you a gift with your order a few times a year. When we have new product samples to share, they will also come with your subscription order. You will receive early access to new products via email and text message. Make sure you're subscribed to our messaging!
